Browser-tool data
The calculator runs in your browser, as do the on-call timesheet, weekend-rate calculator and after-hours work-summary tool. Values you enter are not submitted to OvertimeLog. Calculator and timesheet sessions are stored in your browser's local storage until you clear them. The work-summary draft stays only in the open tab. CSV files and print views are created locally.
Website requests
The hosting provider necessarily receives technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time. It may retain security and operational logs under its own retention controls.
Aggregate analytics
OvertimeLog may use cookie-free, aggregate web analytics to understand page visits and referrers. Calculator field values and locally stored sessions are not included. There is no advertising profile or cross-site tracking.
If you email [email protected], the message and address are processed to reply and keep necessary support records. Do not send sensitive workplace content.
Your choices
You can clear saved sessions with each tool's clear button or your browser's site-data controls. Closing the work-summary tab discards its unsaved line items. For a privacy request concerning an email exchange, contact the support address.
